Easter

Easter Morning!
Looks like the Easter Bunny found the Everett Family.  New flops, toys, recorders, sunglasses, toys, and stuffed bunnies for all!  Eggs were hidden all throughout the house.  Silly bunny!

Egg Collectors
After church we had a family dinner at Grandma Robins' house.  Keeping with tradition there was an egg hunt for the little ones. Six plastic eggs with each child's initial on it.  Shyann, Ashton, and Zac had fun hunting the yard looking for their eggs.

Grandma also has giant eggs filled with goodies.  This year the kids had an egg rolling contest down the hill.  Poor Zac's cracked open halfway down.  His face was priceless.  A look of disappointment as his treasures spilled on the grass. Ashton and Shyann laughed and giggled as they kicked and rolled down the hill.

Egg rolling
Crack!

The treasured eggs had punch balls in them. Everyone (even the big kids) blew up their ball and had a great time attacking each other.  Shae and the kids ganged up on Brad and Grandpa.

Alex's Blessing Day

Today Rick blessed Alex in our ward in West Bountiful.  Alex was a perfect angel.  He was awake and quiet.  He looked so handsome in his white blessing outfit.  I am so grateful for the gospel in our life.  It is a wonderful blessing to be able to be a mother and raise beautiful spirits sent from our Heavenly Father.  Alex is such a wonderful addition to our family.  He is such a good baby.

Afterward we had a light luncheon at Grandma Robins' house.  She and Katie made this cute motorcycle diaper display for the centerpiece. We caught Alex's handprint on his first baseball to help remember the day.  Then pictures of course.  We are so blessed to have so many family members that live close by.
